there is simple code where you can rid of your problem

1. Add the following parameter to the flash OBJECT tag:

<param name="wmode" value="transparent">

2. Add the following parameter to the EMBED tag in the same flash object:

wmode="transparent"

<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,19,0" width="764" height="175">
<param name="movie" value="images/filename.swf" />
<param name="quality" value="high" />
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
<embed src="images/filename.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" wmode="transparent" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="764" height="175"></embed>
</object>
