"I did written views in the SQL Server 7.0 dat concatenate fields.
The issue is dat even aftr runnin da
Set CONCAT_NULL_YIELDS_NULL OFF statement, I still get da NULL result
if one of d a fields r NULL. Is der sumthin dat I m missing?

Look up the SET Options in the Books on Line nd then read da
section abt "Duration of SET Options".

If you could not figure out y ur error 4m that, take a look at usin the
coalesce r isnull in u view.

Alternatively you could use isnull func too .

Code:

set nocount on
declare @a varchar(30)
select @a+'good' -- Result : NULL
select isnull(@a,'')+'good' --good

here's the low down for all the people, like me today who took to much time on this.........

Code:
in microsoft sql server management studio.........
Tools->Options->(see print out): Uncheck the box Set Concat_Null_Yields_Null
